Our mission is to guide young individuals toward resourceful, new, positive life choices by providing multifaceted trade skills and alternative healthy physical outlets, enabling them to achieve their personal career goals.
Grab the Gloves is working towards a
nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering urban and inner-city youths, by providing a comprehensive martial arts and fitness program. Our mission is to offer healthy outlets for physical activity and personal development, steering young individuals away from negative influences such as gang involvement, drugs and gun violence. Through partnerships with organizations like Soulful Synergy LLC, and Komodo Martial Arts Academy, we also equip our participants with valuable trade skills and facilitate job placement opportunities post-graduation. Operating primarily in Palm Beach, Broward and Dade Counties, our programs are designed to empower youth with core values such as respect, discipline, responsibility, confidence and a common sense of strength among the community we serve.

The Violence Interruption Program is a gun safety education workshop designed for teens who express interest in firearms. This program is taught by law enforcement professionals and was established by Police Chief William Shultz, a sponsor and supporter of Grab the Gloves.
